Slovenian Canadian Association of Edmonton / Slovensko Kanadsko Društvo Edmonton
Our goal is to bring openess and build bridges, to preserve Slovene culture and create a sense of community for present and future generations. Our focus is to bring members together through community events, music, dancing and language. We are building a new Slovenian Canadian Cultural Centre in 2012 and continue to work to strengthen our membership. Members of the general public are welcome to attend our open events and learn about our culture, sample our foods, and celebrate life with our music and dance.

- Construction of new Slovenian Canadian Cultural Centre began on May 18, 2011.
- The Old Hall was demolished on July 11, 2011.
